The steaks we offer are both USDA Prime, the top 3% of all cuts of beef in the USA, and Certified Butcher Block Black Angus, Dry Aged Beef, hand cut fresh in house daily. Some of our steaks and chops are very thick cuts. Please allow us time to properly prepare these items, as all of our grill items are cooked when ordered. All Grilled dinner entrees come with the choice of one side item and a side house or caesar salad
